Case 1: Wallet address provided is wrong
Solution: Whenever a depost address is liked to deposit transaction, a verification is sent from the MoonX platform to the concerned wallet. If verification is unsuccessful, the request for deposit will be automatically rejected. And, you will be notified to retry the deposit process with correct wallet address.
Case 2: Wallet address is valid but does not belong to you
Solution: You can cancel the request before it is being processed. If in case the transaction is processed, then contact our customer care number – 1800909090 for assistance.
